Terms of Service

1. Who This Applies To

These Terms of Service apply to all employees, foremen, and authorized users of the Bo's AI Solutions — CrewOps Demo Staff Portal ("Portal"), operated by Bo Gonzales on behalf of Bo's AI Solutions — CrewOps Demo, Tucson, Arizona.

By logging into or using the Portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

2. What the Portal Is

The Portal is an internal operations tool used by Bo's AI Solutions — CrewOps Demo to manage employee performance reviews, daily job logs, and field reporting. It is for authorized employees only and is not open to the general public.

3. Your Account

Your login credentials are personal and confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact your supervisor immediately.

4. Information You Submit

Any information you submit through the Portal — including performance review answers, daily log texts, and profile information — may be reviewed by authorized supervisors and management at Bo's AI Solutions — CrewOps Demo. This information may be used for employment decisions, performance evaluations, and operational planning.

5. SMS Messages

By texting the Bo's AI Solutions daily log number (+1 888-468-1674), you consent to receive automated work-related SMS replies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. No marketing messages will ever be sent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with anyone
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to access another employee's account or data
• Use the Portal for any purpose other than your work at Bo's AI Solutions — CrewOps Demo

7. Availability

We do our best to keep the Portal available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Portal may be updated, taken down for maintenance, or modified at any time without notice.

8. Termination of Access

Access to the Portal may be revoked at any time by Bo's AI Solutions — CrewOps Demo, including upon end of employment. Upon termination, your access will be disabled and your data will be retained per company policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in Pima County, Arizona.
